According to the Spanish law 34/2002, "de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico", we inform that the holder of the webpage www.enjoycadizgolf.com is the registered company "Amazing Cádiz Golf S.L.U.", with corporate tax identification number (CIF) B72098387 and the following address: Urbanización Novo Sancti Petri, Residencial La Mariposa 316 en Chiclana de la Frontera, 11130 CÁDIZ.

Note: The trading name of the company will be Enjoy Cadiz Golf and is part of Amazing Cadiz Golf S.L.U.

Website Use Conditions
The user accepts the full adhesion expressly and without reservations to all and each one of the General Conditions published by Enjoy Cadiz Golf at the moment that the user accesses to the website, especially when including his personal data, and including the limitation of responsibility of Amazing Cádiz Golf S.L.U. or any supplier of tourist services hired by them. Therefore, the user should read the General Conditions in each one of the occasions he proceeds to hire products in the website, since these might have suffer modifications from the last time that consented.

The user declares that he/she is over 18 years of age and has the legal capability to acquire the offered services through Enjoy Cadiz Golf. Bookings and payments imply acceptance of the General Conditions in accordance with current legislation (21/1995 law of "viajes combinados" and to the specific conditions agreed with the users by any travel wholesaler that organizes the combined trip. The present conditions will be subject to the Spanish law. 

Booking Conditions
As soon as Enjoy Cadiz Golf informs that your services are available for booking, you have a limit date to confirm the reservation and to pay 25% deposit for bookings over € 200 and the full 100% for bookings less than € 200. 

The remaining 75% of the cost of your holiday will have to be paid on the date specified in your confirmation invoice, at the latest 15 days before your arrival. This invoice will be sent to the party leader. Please check this invoice carefully as soon as you receive it.

Payment options are cheques, bank transfers, VISA, EUROCARD and MASTERCARD direct or via PayPal.  All bank transfers expenses will be at the clients cost. 

   

Once the booking is accepted we will not change the price of your holiday within 30 days of the date on which you are due to depart. Prior to this 30 day period we may need to revise the price of your holiday upwards, or downwards. We will only increase the price where the increase* is for an amount more than 2%.  

If we do not receive all payments on time, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to treat your booking as cancelled by you (in which case the cancellation charges will be        payable) and/or levy late payment penalties of € 10 per person per week. (*Reasons of revising the price could be: transportation costs, including cost of fuel, dues, taxes or fees chargeable for certain services such as airport charges, changes to Value Added Tax)

Cancellations
Cancellation will only take effect from the day written notice is received by Enjoy Cadiz Golf from the person who made the booking. Cancellations direct to the hotel or golf course will not be effective. Cancellation charges are determined by the period before departure within which notification is received by us.

• More than 56 days € 75 per person
• Between 15 and 56 days 50% of your booking value
• Between 2 and 14 days 75% of your booking value
• Less than 48 hours 100% of your booking value

Please note the following for your golf bookings:

Buggies are available only on request on each of the golf courses and their cost is not included in the packages unless specified so.

We cannot make or confirm reservations on behalf of clients without knowing their exact handicaps. All players must be in possession of their handicap certificates.

It is the responsibility of players to arrive punctually for their tee-time.
Green fees refunds can only be made when golf vouchers are returned stamped by the courses with "CAMPO CERRADO / CLOSED COURSE".

Golf courses have some cancellation conditions different to those of other travel companies. Therefore the user assumes whatever specific cancellation conditions that each course determines.

Intellectual Property
The whole content of the Web (including text, images, marks designs, software, etc.) it is property of Enjoy Cadiz Golf and is protected by national and internationally laws. It is not allowed their reproduction, use or distribution in any way without prior written permission of its owners. The client will use the website unique and exclusively for private use.
