Sherry Golf is located just outside Jerez de la Frontera, of course well known for its sherry wine. Playing the course you will see the wine yards from almost every hole.  Sherry Golf is made for any kind of player because of the well located tee boxes and the locations of the hazards. Nevertheless with a lot of water hazards and sloped fairways this course is challenging and demands good course management. The speedy greens are mid sized and some of them have 2 platforms asking for goodapproach shots and putting skills. As sais before, a good score on Sherry Golf requires accurate iron shots into the green and good putting, form the tee it is rather forgiving. Besides the championship golfcourse Sherry has a 9 holes par 3 course as well.

The clubhouse is build as an old Sherry Bodega and is prefectly located between the 1st tee and the driving range. From the restaurant, which is famous for its great Tapas, you have a great view over the range and the putting green.

Sherry Golf has been a veue of the European Tour since 2006 and will be hosting this event again form 5 untill 8 November 2008.
