High Quality 'Retinto' Meat form the fields of Cadiz
In the tiny village of Santa Lucia just below Vejer de la Frontera, the restaurant La Castilleria serves one the best Retinto meat of the area. This type of meat (retinto) comes from the local cowes of the fields of Cadiz and is famous for its flavour and texture.
